About This Trek
This trek is perfect for those who want to get off the beaten path. The trek goes through isolated valleys and crosses 3 high altitude passes. During the last 2 days, the trail passes through charming villages tucked away in the mountains.
Itinerary
Explore the scenic Rangdum to Lamayuru trek via Kanji La, passing through dramatic mountain landscapes, high-altitude passes, beautiful valleys, traditional villages and spectacular Himalayan scenery.

- Visit the monastery of Rangdum before starting the trek.
- Easy walk along the river, with a few river crossings before reaching the junction.

- Follow the trail to the left of the gorge and climb gradually to the Kanji La.
- There is a spectacular view of the Nun-Kun peaks from the pass.

Getting to / from the trek
- Rangdum is 350 km from Leh and you can drive there in one long day
